Emirates
opens new office at Peshawar Airport to facilitate customers further
The new
office was inaugurated by Mr. Khalid Bardan, Emirates’ Vice
President, Pakistan
in the presence of officials from Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), media and
local Emirates staff.
“As a customer
focused airline, we need to ensure our presence where our customers need us and
this initiative is just another example of Emirates positioning itself close to
customers. We strive to provide maximum ease and convenience to all air
travelers by offering a comprehensive array of facilities to make their travel
experience comfortable and exciting,” said Mr. Bardan.
Targeting
the comfort of customers, Emirates new office will accommodate and assist elderly
travelers and un-accompanied minor their safe and smooth journey. Free of cost wheelchairs and Ambulifter will
be available to elders whereas minors will be escorted to the aircraft by trained
Emirates staff. The office can also assist with any enquiries that Emirates’
passengers may have.
With the
launch of the new office, Emirates with an already well-established footprint
in Pakistan, thus marks another initiative to strengthen its presence, enhance
its operations and provide enhanced convenience to its customers.
