LG ELECTRONICS & RUBA ELECTRONICS SIGNS DISTRIBUTION-SHIP AGREEMENT

Karachi, November 30, 2011: LG Electronics and Ruba Electronics signed a distributor-ship agreement according to which Ruba Electronics will provide sales, marketing, after sales service and distribution support to LG Electronics in Pakistan. The agreement was signed by Mr. H.S. Paik, President LG Electronics Gulf region and Mr. Manzoor Khan, Director Ruba Electronics in a ceremony.

Ruba Electronics, who have already been providing distribution and marketing support to LG’s Home Entertainment (HE) division since 2010 will now also provide support to LG’s Home Appliances (HA), Air conditioners (AC) divisions & Health Care Products.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. H.S. Paik, President LG Electronics Gulf FZE said “We are very much satisfied with the services provided by Ruba Electronics for our Home Entertainment business in Pakistan and are happy to announce the extension of our relationship to other business divisions. I think LG Electronics and Ruba Electronics can take the LG brand to new height of success in Pakistan.”

Also speaking on the occasion, Mr. Manzoor Khan, Director Ruba Electronics said, “Today we are very happy to see this relationship nourishing further and are proud to be part of this family. We at Ruba Electronics are committed to provide our all out support to LG Electronics Gulf FZE in making LG “Most Preferred Brand” in Pakistan.”
