ZONG launches its first reconnection program
Karachi, January 09, 2012: In line with its policy to offer the best services, ZONG has once again introduced an innovative campaign for its subscribers. All those who have have not been using their ZONG SIMs since November 1, 2011 will be rewarded for start using their SIMs again.
ZONG has consistently introduced packages which are innovative and beneficial for its users. With this latest scheme, those subscribers who meet the criteria will be able to avail 1,000 free ZONG to ZONG minutes and 10,000 free SMS to any network. To benefit from this offer, the subscribers will be required to send ‘Free’ to short code 2244. This is not all, customers who fall under the above mentioned criteria and recharge more than Rs 300 will enter into a lucky draw for international return tickets to Dubai and Thailand.
Speaking about the launch of this campaign Usman Ishaq, Director Marketing of ZONG informed, “We analyze our customers’ behaviour regularly, monitor the changes and act accordingly. This, I believe, is the core strength of ZONG, apart from the matchless services, which has made ZONG the fastest growing network of Pakistan.” Usman further added that our objective is to reward the customer and build brand loyalty for the long run.
