Karachi: September 08, 2011: Hubco is pleased to announce
that at the meeting of its Board of Directors held in Karachi, have recommended
a Final Dividend of Rs. 3/- per share i.e. 30% for the year ended June 30, 2011.
Today’s announcement is in addition to Rs. 2.50 per share i.e. 25% interim
dividend paid in April 2011.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held
in Islamabad on October 31, 2011 to approve the Annual Accounts of the company
and approve and declare the total dividend.
