Karachi, 22 April 2011: This is to inform you that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on Tuesday, April 19, 2011 has accepted that on the completion his tenure of service as Chief Executive Mr. Vince R. Haaris OBE will be leaving the Company on June 30, 2011. Effective July 1, 2011 the Board has appointed Mr. Zafar Iqbal Sobani as Chief Executive Officer of the Company for a period of three years.
The Board placed on record their deep appreciation of the valuable service rendered by Mr. Vince harris during the last 10 years both as a Member of the Board and as CEO for two separate terms. The Board also welcomed Mr. Zafar Iqbal Sobani as the new CEO effective July 1, 2011.
